What coaching methodology do you use?
As Traci was trained by John C Maxwell and
Tony Robbins, her coaching is a blend of the
two thus filters to the KC Coaching Team.
The Maxwell Method states that Coaching
is the art of influence that underpins leadership
in the 21st century. If you cannot coach, you cannot lead. As you are working with people on your team, you will find that every one of them
is different. As their leader, your ability to coach will help bring each person’s individual skills, personalities and styles together so that you are
all working as one unit. Learning to coach individuals to success is essential for every leader. The more successful the individual, the more successful the team and the organization.
Using the Maxwell Method of Coaching, a proven model for effectively coaching others to improve their results, I can facilitate the following programs for you and/or your team.
Tony Robbins utilizes neurolinguistic programming (NLP) to facilitate an individual to take action to change their behaviors, thus change their outcomes.
Where are you located?
Our services are designed to meet your needs regardless of where you're located geographically. Whether the service is virtual or you attend one of our events, we travel and host in different locations with the desire to bring together women from all over the country, and eventually all over the globe!
What are your own spiritual beliefs?
We coach women regardless of their belief system, and we welcome women of any faith at our events. You'll find more about our personal faith on our About page. We live unapologetically as Jesus Followers and desire to meet you with unconditional love.
Is this for men as well?
Currently we don't have men's programs set up. However, men and family are part of our bigger vision and we are seeking individuals to spearhead those departments.
Will I fit in with the other ladies?
We hear over and over again the terms "safe space" and "non-judgemental" in regards to all that we offer whether online or in person. It's reassuring to know that every time we step into a Kintsugi space we are all coming exactly as we are, leaving shame at the door. Each time in this community, women feel more and more free to express the deepest parts of themselves and show true beauty. So, YES you will fit in perfectly. You are a piece to the puzzle that is much needed.
What if I get started and decide it's not a right fit for me?
We've got your back! You'll get to know us and our "flavor" through our free EverGrow Facebook group, our free gifts above, and then even two entire weeks of free group coaching in the UNwrapping You Membership. So, no need to hesitate to "try before you buy." Jump in with both feet because there's nothing to lose but more days stuck in the place you've been waiting for results without taking different action.
What exactly is life coaching?
Life coaching may look different based on the needs of the individual, so the first characteristic is: Customized. We customize our coaching to ensure that we aren't simply checking off boxes but actually allowing the client to dictate their process to get the most out of their time and investment to get the massive results. Some women seek clarity of direction, some seek confidence and growth, some seek accountability, while others seek health, relationship, or business results. Our job is to not be a therapist or your friend but to come alongside you, pull the best out of you because it is ALREADY THERE, and allow you to be the hero of your own story.
